ED LLEWELLYN
Ed Llewellyn is the heart and soul behind Vision Nutrition. As a multi-award-winning online coach and nutritionist, and a competitive men's physique athlete, Ed is dedicated to helping his customers achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
Ed's journey into the world of health and fitness started as a young boy where he played rugby at an elite level and went on to be offered a professional contract at 16 years old! Sadly, due to an injury just weeks after the offer, Ed was released from the club and his bodybuilding journey began.
Ed went on to study Sports Coaching and Development joint honors with Sport Science at university , and then a highly reputable Sports Nutrition Degree. He has put these skills to good use and has transformed the lives and bodies of countless people, from Celebrities, High level directors, Single parents and competetive athletes & Bodybuilders.
Ed is a proud family man, you will often see his beautiful partner, Katie and his two daughters in the shop.
